     "You're trembling," I observe, pressing her more firmly against the stones.
     At my words, she stills her body.
     "Did I say I didn't like it?" I ask, softly.
     "I know you did. That's why I stopped." Her jaw is set. She always was one to resist.
     "Now, now, Angel," I chide her, and run my tongue along the curve of her throat. "You don't want to make me angry, do you? You know it's always harder for me to be gentle, when I'm angry."
     I sink my teeth into her flesh, let the blood run, crimson, down her pale throat.
     I breathe the heady cocktail of her scent. In the dark mix of her blood, I can smell her fear. And I like it.
